Do you know what happens when two heavy weights of different genres meet? If you don't know don't bother finding out as you're about to be mesmerized and inspired by a conscious rap song done by yours truly Jnr Brown and Souljah Love.
The duo's track entitled Vavhimi (translated Hunters) was produced by the young and upcoming producer from Ruwa, 6ix Beatz of Planet Six Studios.
Vavhimi is an inspirational joint where Breezy and Jah Love will be talking about how they have managed to make it through in their endeavors from the dusty streets of the ghetto up to where they are now.
Souljah Love did a good job on the chorus and the last verse as he blended in well with the 6ix Beatz's beat. He tells people to listen so that life goes on well (Kana wangwara iwewe dairira hupenyu huchifamba) in the last verse of the song.
The Tongogara hit maker puts in some tight bars with an inspiring message and rhymes to everyone as he tells his story. Takatanga tiri vapfana vekughetto vane tsvina/ Takurova tuma Jap tuma benz tuma Beamer/ Boiz dzetonaz dzine makicks ari cleaner/ Vaskana vano noser plus chamba chiri cleaner/
Breezy goes on to tell the youths that there won't go far if they don't hustle (Vapfana vekughetto imimi hamusvike kure/ Mese muchangofa muri matsotsi nemahure/ ) This however maybe seen by others as bragging or something else.
Another thing which I liked about the track is the wordplay. Wordplay is now a thing of the moment to many rappers as they show their creativity. In the middle of his verse Breezy was like "We make something outta nothing tovhura business/ Nema meta fours (metaphors) meta fives meta sixes/ Chipinda foreign onovhunza Metaphysics/"
As Zim Tainment we have chose not to drop the download link since this song has not been officially dropped and so as not to prejudice the owners of the works. We'll drop the link once it's officially dropped.
