Apparently this week saw a hype of activities in the Zim Hip Hop industry as we evidenced oans dropping their new videos and tracks. I don’t know if it’s the season of dropping new joints or what but I think they should’ve given each other time so that some tracks won’t vanish into the thin air.
Anyways, this week also saw the hardworking rapper from Chi-Town, Brythreesixty also dropping his single track entitled High Score. High Score is a mix of vernacular and the queen’s language like always (you know this if you are a 360 fan).
Threesixty will be telling us how n*gg*s will not reach his High Score which he has set like a penalty (Checka zvanda seta/ Ndachiseta kunge pena). Threesixty show us his uniqueness by comparing himself to UFOs, Batman and the purple power ranger [lol] and he drops his hard hitting bars.
It is in the midst of the track where Threesixty fires shots at the awards where says, ”MaAwards haasi fair I don’t have one/ You just nominate us to keep us quiet.” Actually, no comment on this.
What I like about this track is that there was an equilibrium between vernacular and the queen’s language, which probably is an advantage to the listeners who might not understand vernac.
