Africa's finest and he's di baddest, summa call him Jamaican coz he's di baddest!!!

Nutty O (forefront)
If you are a Zim Dancehall fan then you must know who we are talking about.

Just after joining Military Touch Movement, Nutty O has drooped his maiden video under the record label.

The video is titled Bugatti and for your own info it's not about Bugatti the car.

Nutty O who mainly sings in patois talks about how he was sidelined by many Dancehall personalities because he does not sing in Shona.

Zvakatanga pa new year vachiti mfana we patois haalume (it started on new year when they said the patois kid will not win)

He also thanks Jah Prayzah for noticing pure talent and promised to take Zim Dancehall to international market.

Dj Tamuka and ExQ can be noticed in the video which shows a real ghetto scenery which many will relate to. Also, S/O to Blaqs for the visuals.

We are not going to dwell much on the video and let you be the judges. Watch Nutty O's Bugatti video below.

The ever talkative Mwana waPharoah a.k.a R Peels has blessed us with visuals for his freestyle titled Really Wishing.

Like always, Peels will be throwing jabs on this joint as he challenges his peers to try him in whatever way they want.

Part of the chorus goes like, "I really wish you could try me/ Ndini ndega ndine strategy..." as he claim to walk his talk on his brand new joint.

The video was shot by The Donut Shop.

We are going to let his music do the talking now. Please rate it and share with your friends on social media.

Watch the music video below.

It has been a long time coming since the U.S based rapper Kapital K has dropped a full project and now he is back with a new mixtape titled it feels good to be home.

People who have downloaded this mixtape have described it as Kapital's best project up to date and as The ZimTainment we have decided to let the music do the talking.

Listen to Kapital K's new mixtape and tell us what you think. Do not forget to share with your friends on social media. Your feedback is vital.

UK based Afro-pop singer, Charlie Kay whose government name is Tapfuma Charles Katedza has released his second official single track titled ‘Ndokuda Wakadaro’ and it features Urban Grooves singer, Nox.

Charlie Kay told The ZimTainment that he first came in the limelight in June 2016 with his debut single titled ‘Vimbai’ which enjoyed notable radio and TV airplay with support across key territories in Southern Africa.

Vimbai" managed over 250.000 streams collectively on social media outlets and enjoyed mainstream radio airplay on Zimbabwe’s national stations such as ZiFM Stereo and Star FM and was backed by rave reviews from Trace Africa, MTV Base, The ZimTainment and Channel O,” he said.

Vimbai announced the arrival of Charlie Kay in a big way and he earned a clutch of nominations at this year’s Zimaa UK awards in some notable categories including best music video, best male artist and best producer.

“Ndokuda Wakadaro" is a follow up to Vimbai and is an infectious slice of Afro-pop that many of my fans have predicted to be the wedding anthem of 2017,” he added.

Charlie Kay joined forces with Tatenda Jamera to produce a stunning visual accompaniment to a promising hit record. Shot in Cape Town, the video treatment is a wonderful love story featuring some simply breath-taking scenery.

This promises to be one to watch and the incredible Charlie Kay looks set to dominate and set standards in 2017.

Multi-award winning rapper Brythreesixty has released his much anticipated single titled Mail

The rapper is not a stranger to street anthems and is known for street anthems like Konzeresa, Shay Baii, Highscore and Maswera Sei.

Mail is a typical hip hop track which talks about working hard and getting money all the time.

The track is also a celebration to the award he got in Nigeria for Best Collaboration for the track Shay Baii and Best hip hop Group which was won at Changamire Hip Hop Awards.

2017 seems to be looking bright for Brighton.

We will let the music do the talking, download the song on the link above.

From music awards, business, fashion, Cindy has surely become a force to reckon with in the Zimbabwean entertainment industry and today she has released her much anticipated third album.

It carries the lead track Setter Pace which has four versions Original mix, Malawian mix and Ghana mix and Afro blesser remix.

The Malawian mix features female rapper Rina while the Ghana version has the vocals of RnB queen Sherifa Gunu.

This melodic collaboration projects songs that show Cindy’s vocal maturity over the years.

‘Setter Pace’ has an infectious energy that will soon have the country dancing to it and hamming to the foreign melodic tunes.

The much anticipated #TehnOuttaTen tour started off on a good note at Stars night club this past Saturday and it seems as if Tehn and the crew lived up to the hype on delivering a great live performance.

Ammara Brown and Tehn Diamond performing at Starz Night Club
Reigning NAMA outstanding female musician Ammara Brown alongside Simba Tagz and Thaiwanda Thai are expected to rock Mutare this Friday before they head to Marondera as the Diamond boy commence with his tour.

Golden Peacock Hotel [Mutare] is the place to be on Friday and sources say it is secure and have state of the art air conditioners as well as a huge parking space.

This weekend seems to b a busy one for Tehn Diamond and his crew. We hope people will turn out in large numbers and witness some of the best Hip Hop performances.

Well it seems as if Stunner's track which Olinda last spoke about on her Facebook Live video is one hell of a hit and I tell you, it's a must have on your playlist.

After all had happened, Stunner teamed up with Dancehall chanter Guspy Warrior to come up with a track titled 'Ndoenda' in which he deciphers what he thinks his ex-lover should have done.

Stunner went in with his heart and expressed how he felt about his previous relationship.

He admits he was wrong but castigated his ex-lover on the actions she took over their issues.

Instead, Stunner suggested that she should have at least asked what he had done and come up with solutions than to go public with the issue.

"Ndoenda, unondikwidza blood pressure every time ndiri around you (I'm going, you raise my blood pressure every time I'm around you)" is one of the lines in the new track which the rapper has dropped.

Guspy Warrior showed his genius side like always by giving a dope touching chorus with his sonorous voice.

PS: One can get emotionally attached to this song if played excessively.

Stunner is one of the best entertainers of his time and he has been releasing good music, among the songs some hits which were sing along. This song is probably a hit.

Multi-award winning rapper DesmondStunnerChideme is nursing wounds after unidentified people assaulted him outside The Volt night club last night.

A picture of a wounded Stunner surfaced on social media fuelling speculations that he had been beaten by people sent by his ex-wife Olinda Chapel with whom he is at loggerheads.

It was after Stunner had performed at The Volt at Ngoni Kambarami's album launch, however, professed ignorance of his attackers’ identity.

What Stunner could only say was that, "I don't know who they are."

Many people are assuming that it was Olinda who sent people to beat up Stunner as she had mentioned something related to that on her Facebook Live video.

Stunner (left) and his producer T Man
“Desmond Chideme you will ask for forgiveness today. I am going to show you the power of money,” she fumed.

In her Facebook video, Olinda appeared to be instructing a man (whom he called her brother, Ian) on the phone to go and do whatever he could to Stunner, as well as collect all property belonging to her from their Greendale residency.

“Do not kill him, but do whatever you want because he is evil,” she instructed the man on the other side of the line.

Although it could not be established if those are the assailants that attacked Stunner, the caller on the other hand appeared to be insinuating the use of “State agents” to deal with Stunner.

Meanwhile, the UK-based mother of two has sensationally alleged that Stunner impregnated his teenage girlfriend Dyonne Tafirenyika and influenced her to abort.

She made the revelations in her series of fresh videos on Friday.

“Desmond, you are evil, getting another girl pregnant while you are married, then you make her abort,” she claimed.

“Making someone abort, is it even legal to have an abortion in Zimbabwe?” Olinda questioned.

Olinda has since deleted her Facebook video which she was instructing 'her brother' to do whatever he wants with Stunner.

You know when you have a lot of people hating on your grind and progress all you have to do is act as if you don't give a F and all their hatred will be irrelevant.

Talking about hatred, Chronnic, Jay Tee and the queen Mandy have dropped a jam dedicated to those who waste their energy on hating people.

The track is titled Keya Keya and is taken from the old school childhood sing along chorus 'Keya Keya don't keya' (don't care).

Mandy whose sweet voice can make anyone stop what they are doing was on the chorus and the two guys Chronnic and Jay Tee dropped fair verses which relate to the track and can make you nod from the onset until the track finishes.

Teenash and Drebash did their best on the production side to make sure they come up with something you can enjoy.

The track is fairly good and I think it's one of those which you need to have on your playlist those days when you feel like you don't give a F.

Stream and download Keya Keya on the link below. S/O to Chronnic, Jay Tee and Mandy for dropping a good sing along song.

After we thought everything is now done and dusted between Olinda and Stunner, the former made a comeback to Facebook Live when she realised Stunner's girlfriend, Deon aborted her pregnant which belonged to Stunner.

Olinda who looked so bitter in the video also learnt that the two were meeting and sleeping in her own bed.

This all came after Olinda got hold of Deon's WhatsApp chats on a phone which she had been given by Stunner.

People who were watching the live video managed to witness a couple of guys who called on the phone as they wanted to talk to Deon.

Olinda later ordered her brother to go to Stunner's house which she was paying rent for to take everything which she bought, from cars, phones, clothes and even teaspoons lol.

20:18

Stunner calls Olinda shouting at her and telling her that no one is pregnant and that she is disrespectful.

Coming from hibernation, boy band Antivirus crew are back with a banger and this time it features the award winning Luveve boy Cal Vin.

The video is titled so fly and from the way we see it, it's LIT AF.

It's all lights, camera, action as the boys decide to meet at a photoshoot with some beautiful girls but before they do that they hit the shops for some liquor.

The highly stylised video shows them shirtless Antivirus kids showing off their tattoos, funky hairstyles and of course the swag.

For a moment people were starting to ask questions whether the boys can still flex but like always, one of the major highlights of the video are the well choreographed dance routines which they pulled off.

Cal Vin who meet the boys at the shops dropped a fire verse like always and one will obviously see why he is one of the most sought after rappers in Zimbabwe right now.

So fly video is fly just like it's name, just expect beautiful people, well choreographed dance routines and obviously the swag. Get into the video below.

Hip Hop sensation, Patrick Kahlari, popularly known as Pee Kay, has struck a deal with local purified water distributors, Oasis, which will see him working as an ambassador for the brand.

Pee Kay with Oasis water representatives
Pee Kay, who is known for his hit track, Tobhigwa Nemamonya, told THE ZIMTAINMENT that Oasis bottled water will now be branded Oasis mvura yemamonya.

He said he was excited at the new deal, which was of mutual to benefit to the two parties.

“I am really happy about the development and what make it charming is that Oasis water is still growing and I like to be associated with growth,” he said.

“The deal made sense because it has something to do with me as a brand and I had stopped making music and was concentrating on developing my brand behind the scenes.”

Oasis’ sales and marketing manager, Tapiwa Muparaganda, said: “As Oasis we believe our Oasis Sport makes sense to make Pee Kay the brand ambassador because the sports brand resonates well with Pee Kay’s image, the Bhigwa Nemamonya and we also believe that our clientele and Pee Kay’s fans can both relate.

“Of course, it’s a brand we’re building, which is edgy and new and modern, that’s the artistic style we believe Pee Kay also has.”

He said, as a young and innovative company, they were planning to compete against major players in the industry, so they needed to be more aggressive.

“We are a young and innovative company, we know for us to be able to compete against the big giants, we have to be more aggressive, we have to move faster and be innovative and that’s exactly we see Pee Kay doing,” he said.

Pee Kay is currently working on some new music and videos set  to be released later this year.

Straight from Chitungwiza is Nash Milli who has just dropped his latest hit single titled Against the World and it features R'n'B singer Nyasha Timbe and upcoming femcee Peyton.

The track was produced by Rockboibriezy and mastered by Brythreesixty at GNIK Records.

The song is all about being in love to the extent that one don't really need anyone besides their bae.

We recommend this track to everyone especially in this month of love. Please dedicate this song to your lover on Valentine's

Don't forget to share the song with everyone and remember to send us feedback.

So if you say you are from the ghetto and you love it so much, there is supposed to be a joint for your hood where you'll just be giving props and S/Os to those who make it more fun just like what J Garnet did in his new joint titled Empumalanga.

Produced by Tobby Lee and Brio, Empumalanga is a street anthem that talks about life in the small township of Empumalanga in Hwange.

J Garnet drops a flow that will leave anyone asking for more, the consistency in his rhymes from the onset were just on point.

He also name drops a few girls (probably their ghetto queens) in the middle of the joint and made also made a few skits at the end probably to spice up the track when he asks of where they are going for their drink up.

Stream Empumalanga on the link above and don't forget to share or tell us what you think of this Zim Hip Hop track.

Eighteen year old upcoming rapper, Taylor Wayne has dropped a fire track which featured two international artist namely Pain Killer from Tanzania and Ladele from Nigeria on a track titled Mupaka.

Award winning producer, Fun F who is the producer also featured on the track.

Just like any typical hip hop track, it is all about "changing the game" whereby everyone will be claiming their reign in the hip hop industry.

Mupaka is going to be on his upcoming album titled Diaries of Success and is currently topping the charts in Tanzania where it has been in the Top 10 on Ebony FM.

This is a dope trap track, if you love trap this is a track for you, the guys really came in on the verses.

So Mudiwa Hood's Slayin video has been trending on YouTube Zimbabwe for the past couple of days and like always people have been sharing what they think of it, either negative or positive.

Mudiwa Hood
Amongst people who aired their views on the video on social media is the veteran rapper and producer Kuda Musasiwa who is better known as Begotten Sun.

Begotten Son had nothing but negative comments on the video, something which caught the eye of Mudiwa who accused B Sun of never liked his ever since he started music.

Below are excerpts of the comment made by B Sun and Mudiwa's response.

World renowned business mogul Strive Masiyiwa and flamboyant American rapper and businessman P Diddy whose birth name is Sean Combs have signed a deal that will see the latters Royal TV being aired on Kwese TV which is Africa's newest pay TV.

P Diddy and Strive Masiyiwa
Taking to Instagram, early this week, P Diddy said he was honoured to be launching in Africa, as the development resonates with his dream when he started Revolt TV.

When I introduced Revolt, I wanted to build a platform that would inspire creators around the world and open doors for artistes on a global scale. To launch in Africa is a huge honour for me and this deal illustrates the true impact Revolt has on the culture here at home and abroad, he wrote.

Masiyiwa, who is based in the United Kingdom, was equally ecstatic with the development, saying the premium programming on Revolt TV fitted hand-in-glove with Kwese TV, whose main thrust is to provide fresh and engaging lifestyle and entertainment content.

Sean Combs (aka P Diddy) recently announced via his Instagram page that his multi-platform TV network Revolt TV will be available on Kwese TV. Revolt is known for providing fresh and engaging music, lifestyle and entertainment programming, a natural fit for Kwese, which is focused on providing content that is relevant and premium,” he said.

Revolt is available to the continent through Kwese’s multi-platform offering including linear TV, mobile applications, web and streaming services.

Kwese TV, which is Masiyiwa’s brainchild, was launched recently in over 16 African countries.

It is a Zimbabwean satellite and broadcasting network owned by Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, under Econet Media.

Econet Media president and group chief executive officer, Joseph Hundah, was recently quoted saying they were excited with the development.

Having Revolt as part of our premium entertainment offering is a significant feat. We are excited to be the broadcaster bringing this channel to Africa, he said.

The Kwese deal marks Revolt TV’s first international distribution partnership.

The channel is available on Kwese TV Channel 605 and will broadcast breaking music news, artiste interviews, exclusive performances and original programming.

According to online reports, the agreement is the latest in a string of channel deals agreed by Kwese TV, which recently launched its satellite-delivered pay TV service in Ghana, Rwanda and Zambia as part of a planned rollout across Africa.

It is no doubt that christian rapper Mudiwa Hood is one of the most pompous artists that has ever graced our industry.

He has recently dropped his much anticipated video for the track Slayin which was shot by the award winning director Andy Cutta.

Shot at Genius' palace in Domboshava, the video which seems to have no script shows a fleet of cars which most rappers would imagine driving and like always Mudiwa went in an extra mile as he shows off how his wardrobe is.

The guy has a sense of fashion.

In other scenes Mudiwa Hood is seen praying as the camera zooms in to show off his jewelry, I wonder if this was necessary though.

Anyway, his beautiful girlfriend ( yah she's hella cute) is also seen in some of the scenes as she also slays besides bae.

Basically, the video is dope and that's not a lie. Only if it was scripted well and at least telling a story or something else.

Maybe that's how you 'Slay'.

S/O to Andy Cutta for the quality and dope visuals.

Ndagaya mari, Magaya money!!! A stunning wordplay and similes that will leave listeners thinking whether The Dot is talking about Magaya (Walter) money or Magaya money (thinking about money) in the latest joint which has just dropped.

The Dot caters for a variety of listeners as he dropped bars in vernacular (including Shona and Ndebele) and the layman's language.

Oskid once again showed off his versatility as he came up with a dope beat.
