List of Zimbos Nominated For The African Entertainment Awards

Though Zimbabwean artists have not been recognized on the popular glamorous awards such as the Channel O awards and MAMAs, they have also managed to get attention from the African Entertainment Awards and the African Music Magazine Awards. This year there is a total number of eight Zimbabweans who have been nominated in the AEAs as well as one in the AFRIMMAS.

2. Selmor Mtukudzi - Hottest Female Song (Nguva yangu)
3. Comrade Fatso - Best Comedian
4. Brian Soko - Best Producer (Drunk In  Love)
5. Tongai Chirisa - Best Actor In Film/Series (Crusso)
6. Danai Gurira - Best Actress In Film/Series (The Walking Dead)
7. Farayi Simoyi - Best Designer (Designer for Nicki Minaj's fashion collection)
8. Tinashe - Hottest Female Song (2on)

In the AFRIMMAS Stunner has been nominated for the second time in a row for the Beat Male Southern Africa alongside AKA, Cassper Nyovest, Donald, Zeus, Slap Dee, The Dogg and Vee.
